Primarily provides policy consultation, strategic advisory, and upstream/downstream connectivity services to empower overseas startups and small-to-medium enterprises entering the Chinese market. Also supports Chinese companies in "going global" by identifying local business opportunities and partnership collaborations. Recently focused on assisting AI companies in expanding overseas.
