Nan Fung Innovation Hub is Nan Fung Group’s first industrial park in Chinese mainland. Leveraging internal bio-venture fund Pivotal, mature incubation model in Boston, and partnerships resources with universities in Hong Kong and North America.
The Hub facilitates cross-border collaboration and supports high-tech enterprises commercialize their R&D outcomes with a total gross floor area of approximately 23,000 sqm, comprising three high-spec R&D buildings and a shared innovation platform—“ NF Biotech Hive”—which offers move-in-ready labs, shared instruments, and professional management.
Aligned with the Group’s SEWIT strategy, the hub adopts green building standards throughout, incorporating solar energy utilization and becomes the area’s first near-zero carbon R&D facility.
