后端研发工程师（Go / Node.js）

岗位职责

  • 负责核心后端服务及 AI 平台的设计、开发和维护；

  • 参与 LLM Gateway、MaaS 平台、账号权限、计费支付等系统建设；

  • 参与微服务、云原生架构及 Kubernetes 环境下的服务治理；

  • 负责线上服务发布、监控、故障排查和稳定性建设；

  • 深度使用 AI Coding 工具提升研发效率。

任职要求

  • 2～5 年后端研发经验，有真实线上服务经验；

  • 熟练掌握 Go，熟悉 Node.js；

  • 熟悉微服务、Docker、Kubernetes 及常见云原生技术；

  • 熟悉 MySQL / PostgreSQL、Redis、消息队列等基础组件；

  • 具备良好的线上问题排查、性能优化和系统稳定性意识；

  • 有较强的 ownership，能够对负责的服务从开发到线上运行完整闭环；

  • 有良好的 AI Coding 实践，能够熟练使用 Claude Code、Codex 、Cursor等工具辅助开发。

加分项

  • 有 LLM Gateway、MaaS、AI Infra 相关经验；

  • 有账号系统、权限、计费、支付相关经验；

  • 有高并发、高可用、分布式系统经验；

  • 有 Kubernetes 生产环境经验。
